Creamy, dense and decadent, this no sugar added cheesecake is sweetened with allulose—a "0" on the glycemic index! The gluten-free, grain-free nut crust is a mixture of almonds and pecans. We use natural cream cheese sourced from the very best farms on the West Coast.
Ingredients: Cream Cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, sea salt, cultures), Sour Cream (cultured cream), Allulose, Heavy Cream (heavy cream [milk], mono and diglycerides, carrageenan, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, polysorbate 80), Eggs, Almond Flour, Pecan Flour, Water, Lemon Juice, Butter (pasteurized sweet cream, natural flavoring), Flaxseed Meal, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Guar Gum, Salt.
Contains: Milk, Eggs, Almonds, Pecans.
This product is manufactured in a facility that may use tree nuts and peanuts. Not a reduced calorie food. See nutrition facts panel for sugar and calorie content. Excess consumption of Allulose may have a laxative effect.
Defrost Instructions: Upon receipt, transfer to freezer or refrigerator. Prior to thawing in refrigerator (this can take up to 24 hours), remove cheesecake from tin, remove plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. Product must be kept refrigerated.

Sanity Saver!
I'm trying the Keto diet and your cheesecake has been a sanity saver. Perfectly sweet with no weird aftertaste.

Everything was so crazy delicious.
My husband thoroughly enjoyed his birthday Cheesecake AND we loved the peanut butter/chocolate brownies the day before his birthday. Man, everything was so crazy delicious. He said he liked both curd flavors but maybe slightly preferred the Peach a little more. Thank you for making these types of desserts available to people who are avoiding sugar!!! They allowed us to have something special without sacrificing anything really.

Loved It
As for the cheesecake, they both loved it! I was very hesitant to try it on my father and family because he can very particular. However, by Monday night, the cheesecake was all gone. Everyone had at least one piece with their choice of fruit curd. It was entirely the same situation with my uncle. I do think I will be receiving some very nice Christmas gifts this year. Regardless, I would love to pick up a few more items once I am sent to Seattle this June.

Unbelievable!!!!
This is, hands down, the best alternatively sweetened cheesecake I have ever had. I ordered a 6-inch to celebrate me and my husbands 20th anniversary (cheesecake was our wedding cake believe it or not!) ... he doesn't eat a lot of sugar because of what it does to his gut and I have been dabbling in keto. I had to fight him off from trying to eat the whole thing. We had a good laugh and a great anniversary. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic Surprise
My MIL gave me a slice of this cheesecake and I was absolutely blown away to find out it was keto! Great flavors and no funky sugar free aftertaste. It’s dense and soft and smooth like a cheesecake should be. Definitely would recommend!
