Our no sugar added, low carb Flourless Chocolate Cake may not be as sweet as its traditional counterparts, but we more than make up for it with smooth, rich, intense bittersweet gourmet chocolate imported from France. This cake is covered with rich, bittersweet ganache. Serve it cold (like fudge) or room temperature (like cheesecake). It is so rich, a little slice will do!

My mom loved the cake!
My mom loved the cake! She could hardly believe it was keto diet friendly because of how great it tasted! The amount of sweetness was perfect, even for me and my huge sweet tooth. It tasted even better than other non-keto flourless chocolate cakes I've made in the past.

These desserts are delicious!
Over the last couple years, I have had the privilege of tasting many of Jude’s low or no sugar desserts. I love sugar so it continually surprises me how delicious these desserts are. This chocolate cake is amazingly rich. The assortment of cookies and tarts that I have had the pleasure of sampling have also been wonderfully tasty.
