The flourless chocolate cake is a gem as it is both gluten and sugar free! If one is on a strict keto diet it's pretty hard to find that combination. I would consider it a heavy, dense cake with just the right amount of sweetness. Pretty much what I'm looking for. And to be able to eat it without a negative impact on my blood sugar is of course essential. Clean ingredients! I stock up on multiple products at a time for them to be eaten in bite sized portions. Keeps very well frozen.
